Coach Jack Custom Plan - Change workout days

I’ve created a custom plan with coach Jack (build + peack), and i’m satisfied about it.
I have 4 workout a week. Can i perform the workout planned sunday on thursday and viceversa?
Or is recommended to follow the plan as it is?

If you are doing hard 2 days in a row then in some cases swapping workouts might not be good on a regular basis. For example SFR should come before a threshold if they are back to back. Occasionally swapping should not be a big problem though but later in the plan it is less desirable then the beginning as the workouts get harder.
