[SOLVED] - Workouts from Plan not showing in the app

Hi Alex,

I activated an 8-week plan in the app, but in the “Workouts” tab on the iPad, I don’t see all the workouts in the plan—only some of them.

Also, in the “Today” tab, the workout suggested to me isn’t the next one I should do, but the one I completed the day before.

When I finish a workout I mark it as completed, but it’s as if the option is being ignored.

At this point, it becomes complicated to activate the daily workout: I have to go into the suggested workout that I’ve already done, mark it as completed, and only then is the correct one suggested to me.

App version is the 10.0.0

You can switch to calendar but we will investigate this and fix asap.

Ok yes, I copied your plan and put it in my account and something is broken with that plan. I see the date was May 10th and I remember that was the couple days my developer was doing some major changes in how we store workouts. The easiest thing if you don’t mind is just delete that plan and create a new one. I did that and it worked correctly with Serious Italian plan. I think you got a strange unlucky glitch due to timing.

I did as you said; I deleted the plan and created a new one, but the problem persists.

Sorry you are right. Now we clearly see the problem. Working on it.

Ok your plan is fixed and the source of the bug is fixed (my developer says) please let me know.

I’m sorry to say that it’s not fixed, I don’t see all the workouts of the plan in the app:

Day 3,11,21,23 are missing.

Do you want me to try to delete this plan and create a new one? no problem for me if I can help.

Yes please try deleting and re-creating. I will test it too.

I can see all the workouts of the plan in the app now, next I will test if the “today” tab will show the right workout.
