We have a very different philosophy to training than main stream. My partner is world tour coach for 30 years. Our opinion is it all about logical progression which does not not require killing yourself.

That said you can do a custom coach jack plan and chose threshold blocks (what you showed is threshold progression, z2+z3+z4) and crank up the starting intensity.
You can see below what blocks and level 10 look like. While we recommend starting easier and letting it build to moderate, we let people that can’t fully buy into this do it their way
