Hi. Just wanted to say that this post helped me to fix an issue with my Pixel 7a. I was also facing the problem of a speed and cadence sensor showing as paired but not connected. Eventually I realised that my Garmin watch is always connected to my phone, so I did ‘force stop’ on the Garmin Connect app, which fixed the issue. Now I do that each time before I open TD and it works fine. I can even pair my watch to TD for heart rate (setting it to broadcast HR) no problem.
