If anybody here wants to work with me one-on-one with our desktop app, then I could do a lot of builds quickly and we could get this resolved quickly. My new testing, I’m testing the Wahoo app directly and see how it works, and I can more clearly see what the potential problems are. So maybe the next version will just fix it, but if I would love to move faster with this so working with somebody directly, we could get it resolved quickly.
The other thing that would help is if somebody would be willing to volunteer even for iOS or Android alpha/beta testing. I found another potential difference between our old version and our current version that could be it. There’s about 15 different things that can happen here and they can all be off by just by micro timing differences. It should not be so difficult, but for some reason it is.

I use TD with iOS, though if you need help using MacBook I could do that, too.
In Europe, that’s 10:30pm… a bit late for me… although I can send you a beta mac version and see as long as it is mac m-series (the newer ones). Seems mac intel is not work (another thing we are working on). If you could get on instant messenger, like telegram preferred or whatsapp, we could try to see if our times align.
Alex, I deleted TD from my iPhone 15 Pro, reinstalled and have the same experience as above. Not sure what other details you need? Happy to help, I have an Intel and a M1 MacPro available. I’m in the Mountain zone in the US
Update to add that I did notice the wahoo connected to the phone under the Bluetooth
menu.
Can you click on forget this device in apple settings there? And see what happens when you try to connect in our app? It looks like it won’t let you but I want to be sure.
Can I send you an invite to beta version of the app, you have to accept some apple ts and cs and install Apple testflight? I just reviewed and the Mac version for your M1 works like the next version I just created, so you could try that too and tell me also.
on the iphone, I don’t see a “Forget this device” option - there’s no “i” symbol next to the wahoo.
I just tried the Macbook app and it connects, screen shot below.
This may be another topic altogether, but I tried the Macbook app last week as an alternative to the mobile app, and it seemed to be having an inconsistent connection to each side of my Assioma pedals, which you can see in the screenshot.
During the one workout I did with the Macbook last week, the power readings seemed off and I couldn’t complete intervals that I can usually do easily - I think maybe it was only reading half the power, at least sometimes? Again, perhaps a different subject.
I’m happy to try the beta mobile app; I have Testflight on my phone already. Also - would you prefer direct messages instead of the forum? I’m fine either way.
Oh this is good. This helps prove the new version might work. It does connect so it does not have the same problem. I just sent you an invite.
I, too, have iOS TestFlight installed and in use with other betas. Glad to also help troubleshoot / test

I have one guy working directly with me on this and this is the craziest/hardest issue to solve. I have not given up. Sorry so slow.

Sorry, I have had covid or something for a week and nothing has moved forward… We did do 3 more versions in the previous weeks that should have fixed it and did not. It’s one of the hardest problems for some strange reason. We will keep moving when I recover. My other developer at this same time moved countries… so perfect storm.

Ok my developer that originally built this app had some time to look at this and found a potential issue. I have one other customer that hopefully will test it but if anyone is willing to do IOS test flight let me know. The more eyes the faster this might go.

It is unclear from your message if the version you sent should work or I need to wait until tomorrow’s new release.
I did try the version you sent and it still does not work. Stuck on connecting. I have rebooted my phone and I have also turned Bluetooth off and back on.
