I’m a retired ex racer, currently 68 years old. Took 9 years off the bike from my mid 50’s, and have been trying to regain my fitness. I’ve been using another app, very similar to this one, but building my own workouts, with the goal of being able to keep up on the Saturday shop ride. I’m here scouting this out for my son, who’s interested in general conditioning to augment his rock climbing
