I am interested with Coach Jack but it doesn’t available for free user. Since there aren’t any free trial for premuim features, my question is, if i have to subscribe for 1 month and found out it is what i wants, before the 1 month subscription is up, and decided to switch over for annual, does it offset for the month i have paid which is $38?
Hi Posh, it wont be exactly $38 but it will pro-rate the remaining difference I think if you upgrade after the 1st day it will be close to the $38 but then get less and less as the month goes on. If for some reason it does not work as you expect just email me at support@trainerday.com and I will make sure it works as you like

I should also say if you want to subscribe to yearly but are not happy we will refund your money at ANY TIME. Jack is just launched in beta so it will have lots of changes coming soon and more plan options.

Hello, Alex!!! I paid for an annual plan, but your app doesn’t allow me to use all the benefits of a premium account. Please fix this. Provide me with the paid premium account. I’ve attached a screenshot.
Even the provision of three workout downloads per month for the free trial doesn’t work. Today is the first day of June, and the app refuses to upload a workout to the cycling computer.
Hi and sorry about that, it’s fixed. Seems something related to failed payment at first but we are figuring out why this happened.
