Hi, there are some workouts in library by woodcock johnson IV entitled 40K TT W01 D02 for example but cannot get the complete “plan”.
any way of downloading all of them ?

The simple way would be to, add them all to a list. Create a new plan, drag and drop them all to the plan from that list and then download the plan. This should take about 2-4 minutes depending on how many workouts it is. I know who that guy is He was an early guy on the platform.

Oh my god… 55minutes at FTP… time to cut that FTP in 1/2
these workouts will be rounded down in terms of effort and duration

I helped the Trek girls team with a plan for a TTT and have analyzed a lot of the Trek mens team for TT so it’s very interesting for me but yes, I am not good at that level of sustained suffering by myself.
They used my strategy on this race and won Because of that I got a good deal on my Checkpoint
