Sorry if this has been asked before—I searched but couldn’t find a clear answer. I created a plan with Coach Jack a few weeks ago, and coming from TrainerRoad, I think I may have been a bit too ambitious with the intensity slider.
I found this thread from 2022, but I’m wondering if any new features have been added since then.
Is there a way to adjust the intensity of my current plan without having to create a new one? If not, does anyone have any tips for setting up a new plan while keeping my rest weeks aligned with my current schedule?
