App issue. Exiting workout randomly

Pixel 11pro.

I use the above phone. Connected to kickr core while seperately my garmin watch is connected to power channel of kickr core.

Trainerday app has control.

This happens frequently..

I leave the app running with the dashboard visible to show how much is left in each segment. I don’t touch my phone for the most part but sometimes if I do tap the screen for whatever reason then it exits the workout back to the workout selection screen. Then when I go back to the same workout it gives me discard previous or merge. I just want to resume my active workout to complete it.

Is this something I am doing wrong.

I think I have all the permissions set up correctly. Battery etc.

Oh that is interesting use case. You are saying you click on the same workout that you have already started from today or workouts tab? If so you should not be doing that but click on continue at the bottom. Maybe we should check if it is the same workout because we allow starting one workout and merging in another. So this would allow merging doing the same workout 2 times in a row as one long double workout. If I am confused a video might help. Or explain one more time :slight_smile:
