Not sure if i am the only one with this issue. I have an apple watch 11 that has my 4iiii flight trainer, polar H10 and cadence sensor connected under BT on the apple watch.
My iphone has the smart trainer and polar connected under BT.
I am using HR+ mode on TD. I set my target BPM at 125. Start cycling and i reach 125. No problem here. Now i increase my target bpm to 140 and TD will not incresae the power to raise my heart rate. The power is flatlining and the HR increase a little from 125 to 130 due to me getting tired. If i turn off the AW, then everything works as excepted.
Anybody else with the same setup and have no issue? Trying to find out if it is a smart trainer problem.
Oh, I meant if you were using AW for HR. Never heard of AW causing any problems on but disconnected. AW and power control are just totally different kinds of things so this leads more to some kind of bluetooth interference or something very strange.
Ok. Now you got it. It seems like the aw is stealing a connection from TD or something as the power will not change or adapt to the new target bpm if the aw is on. It works fine when you start for the first target interval but when you increase the target hr, it continues to act like you did not modify anything. If I turn off the aw, then no issues here. I am trying to find out on how to fix that.
If this is only on HR+ that means some how your aw is connecting to our app, Try disabling all TD permissions in the apple watch and apple health apps on you phone.
