Hi there.
I’m ok Android and I had a ride the other day that refuses to save in the app.
I can force close the app and re-open, but when I try to save the activity it just tells me “something wrong happened”. The data is there and even visible at my live link but I am not sure if it is recoverable. I was supposed to ride again tonight, but will put it off until tomorrow.
Any hints as to how to save the data? Is there a cache file somewhere I can copy and upload manually?

Thank you for contacting us. Could you text me if your activity is saved in the Activity tab?
Gah. Problem solved. When I had clicked on the activity tab the icon disappeared and it didn’t load, but when I switched to the browser and then back to the app the activity tab worked and I got the tcx and fit files from the share function.
Who knew it would be that easy.
It is also now in the activity page on the web app, and I am 100% sure that it was not there prior to my post!
