I need a coach jack created workout plan to start tomorrow, despite it being a rest day (in reality it’s a strength training day - non cardio), so the actual workout begins this saturday 1/24 - how do I force the system to change the start date. Clicking on an earlier start date does not work.
If we miss a workout, how do we adjust the calendar to account for this?
I need specific Zone 2 workouts, how do i find or create these?
It’s really designed to start with full weeks, so it’s not possible to schedule it for the past. If you send this plan to My Plans and activate that plan directly, then you’re not following a calendar. So for this week, you could actually start whatever it is that you want to start.
And then next week, you could delete that plan and start from a Coach Jack plan, or just keep using that one, but it won’t be on your calendar. This all gets a bit complicated and confusing. It’s very flexible, but at first it won’t be very intuitive. The difference between following a plan and following a calendar.
Generally, one workout of a plan makes no difference. So if you need to skip one, just skip one and keep going. It’s especially true with Coach Jack, as they start gradual and build up slowly, so skipping one in the middle doesn’t matter.
