Hi - I just signed up after seeing a review or two and reading the site itself. My question is on the Coach Jack Plans - do they adjust dynamically after each ride or is the plan static from the time it was created (albeit based on prior Strava rides)?
Not yet. We are working on a dynamic version of CJ now although our thinking of how this should work is very different then the other platforms. We see dynamic jack as more of a convenience feature and adjustments to schedule changes that some “marketing message” around the amazing performance benefits. From what we can see there is no evidence based science supporting any dynamic algorithms regarding performance increases.
