CJ Custom Sequence and/or AI

Hi,
could it be possible to have some kind of custom sequences in CJ plan builder? (I think it might be hard to implement).

Sometimes we’ve something in mind in terms of workout and we want to progress with that workout over time by increasing some variables (eg duration of the active interval and/or their target FTP% and/or shorten interval duration).

It would be nice if we could give CJ some instructions and it builds the training calendar by using them.

ps / ot any ETA to have more durations here?

it would be nice to have 105, 135, 150, 165, 210. Same for Block hours, add: 6,9,11,13,14 hours/week

I’m already thinking at my next plan after the summer; the current one of 16 weeks is almost over

thank you!

We are working on AI plans and AI driven dynamic training (separate but related). It will be more flexible but follow many best practices including the CJ features. I will see if this concept can make it in to the design. I am looking for people to discuss this with if you want to be involved with the design even if that is just a single discuss or some IM messaging and design review.

Hi @Alex
Great. You can count on me; if needed we can organize Google meets or WhatsApp conversations. You’ve my personal email

Where are things at right now with the AI features? I’m starting to look at building my next plan, even if it’s a lil bit premature.

I have what we are calling LLM builder, that allows you to use an LLM (GPT/Claude/Gemini…) to build your plan and it will just create it in Coach Jack. I can give you early access. I plan to launch it next week. We had other big AI plans but they are still not ready yet.

Now I need to start working on direct My Whoosh integration

it would be great @Alex I use it and it would be nice to get rid of TP only to transfer workouts
Moreover it seems that intervals starting with an ftp% and ending with another ftp% are not transferred properly through TP (they become a flat interval)

Yes TP does not support ramps. I assume MyWhoosh does. I am trying to contact them now. I actually was friends with one of the guys that started MyWhoosh (original pro coach working there) so I was in early discussions on this. (Email Sent)

yes, MyWhoosh supports ramps. Good you’ve friends there. I’ve also the email of Rodney, in case you need it

My friend is gone… but I am in discussions with the developers working on this now. Same guys I talked to like 2 years ago…

Wow, nice job Alex.

I created this video and then noticed a couple bugs to fix before we launch it but it will be early next week.

We are working on a more “traditional” AI builder too but realized we want to spend more time and not rush it so this LLM builder was easier / faster to launch.
