CJ Tempo Blocks rest week logic

Alex,

The Tempo Blocks in CJ are not adhering to the standard rest week logic. See below.

I’d expect the Tempo 08 should be replaced by 45 minute Collywobbles in this instance.

I think this 4-week block could be a really good way to create a CJ inspired “LT1 Block”. Tempo 05 to 07 increments at 78% of FTP.

No rest for the wicked…. our lives are very flexible, benefit and blessing, not to mention different cultures different holidays….
