I’m planning to train for an Everesting challenge. I wonder if Coach Jack can generate me a training plan to prepare me for this goal and if so what is the best setting for it.

Also, I noticed no matter, what my goal for the training plan is, it seems that the long ride maxes out to 5-ish hour only even if my event is going to be way longer that 5 hours. I’m currently at the peak block of my CJ plan for Audax 300, and my esitiated riding time would be around 12-14 hours but the longest workout I have on my CJ Training plan is only 5h15m. Is this really optimal and would this prepare me enough for my 300km endurance event?
