Cj workout customization with Z2 part

Could it make sense to add a setting to cj to allow to create workouts with an initial Z2 part after warm-up?

For my next plan I’m really thinking to something like
10m Warm-up, 1h z2, rest Vo2max or threshold or SS or OU, cooldown

Being able to always add a fixed amount of Z2 training could help a lot, IMO.

Yes exactly!!! I want to add more solid hard core z2 options to CJ, both power based (for users using other apps) and HR based for people using our app with HR+ to automatically control the power base on HR… this is a pretty big task and a lot going on for the next few months.
