I know CJ can factor in planned holidays, or periods of time where I might have been sick, if I’ve created a plan with a specific event to work towards, but I was wondering if it is possible to do the same with a plan without an event I’m working towards?
I’m currently completing a 12 week Serious Italian plan and have a holiday coming up in a month. I won’t be able to train during the holiday and I’m not sure where this will leave me when I get back as I will have missed some workouts.
