I just finished week 3 of 12 of the endurance training from coach jack. I decided to follow a training instead of using custom workouts that are not really structured. Now, are the plans that coach Jack generates created by an algorithm or someone did make them ? Just wondering.

So i will trust AI and see after 9 more weeks if i have the same feeling. Then i will go with another plan
