How can I send a workout that was generated to TP?
Assuming you mean these ai workouts, there is no way currently. I first was launching it to get feedback before going deeper with it. These workouts are not shared with the web right now and so requires deeper integration. I thought that would be a nice feature someone would request but you are the first so far. We can turn this into a feature request so it does not get lost.
Yes, I believe it would be very beneficial to have an export option. Currently, the only way to use an AI-generated workout is to create it and complete it immediately. However, users may want to save workouts for another day or repeat them in the future, which is currently difficult to manage.

Would it be ok to do this in the webapp rather than mobile? Or you really need/want mobile?
I think that the Web app will be totally fine to start with and and to explore and then you can think about the mobile app later on, but yes web app can be totally fine for now
