Completed workouts not uploading to Intervals.icu

I recently enabled the Intervals.icu direct connection. Prior to this I was importing TrainerDay workouts to Intervals.icu via Strava.

My TD workouts are not uploading to Intervals.

In TrainerDay settings, Intervals.icu shows connected (ie, the button is Disconnect). Workout of the Day is turned off.

In Intervals.icu settings, TrainerDay is listed as an application that has been granted access to read & update Activities, Read & update Calendar, Read & update library.

I tried disconnecting and reconnecting Intervals.icu within TrainerDay settings.

I am not sure how to troubleshoot further. Thanks – jay

Hi Jay, actually we don’t directly sync there. If you don’t want to use strava, just use dropbox in as the middle man. We need to add a direct import process.
