Congrats on the Progress section and Activity analysis

Kudos for the Progress section and also the activity analysis. Simple, clear, and straight to the grain.

I didn’t pay attention until today, pretty useful to understand some valuable training variables that are a lot more complicated to find and understand from other applications like Intervals, Garmin Connect, and the Strava Mickey Mouse

I don’t need to get in the heck of the woods to find the information that I need when getting in this sections and analysis here.

FYI - It seems you put your CP below your FTP… CP is usually closer to 20 minute power and FTP closer to 40… so CP should be around 1.05*FTP. Then you will see more accurate W’bal drops. While technically they both are confusing definitions, you can’t go below 0 on that red dotted line, when it hits zero (the bottom of the chart) you feel or are at the end…
