Connection to smart trainer lost after a break longer than 5 min

When I need to do a break that takes longer than 5 minutes (I haven’t measured this, so it’s only an estimate) the TD app loses the connection to the smart trainer. The smart trainer is not shown on the source list anymore and I also can’t reconnet it. I need to force close the TD app, which means I need to start the workout from the beginning (by the way, wouldn’t it be good to be able to jump to any time of the workout during a workout?)

I’m on iOS 17.2 with the current version of the TD app. My smart trainer is a Wahoo Kickr.

So if you started a workout and you are more than a couple minutes into it, if you restart the app it says continue at the bottom and you can just resume the workout you were doing. We will test this loss of connection issue. I have a Kickr V5 and IOS 17.2.

Oh, I haven’t seen the resume function yet. I will have a look for it next time.

It should kind of auto resume but yes quick start tab turns into continue and blinks green.
