I am trying to use a computrainer with trainerday; using perfpro ct smart with noe cord ble bridge
The computrainer shows up as smart trainer but there is no control/resistance from computrainer
I have been sending the workouts to golden cheetah which works, but trying to stay within trainerday for streamlining
Any thoughts?
Let me see if I can test my NPE cable device with my wahoo trainer. Theoretically if it works for me it should work for you. Are you using GC with the NPE or are you using GC directly to Ant+?
I have used gc directly with the computrainer but also with the ct smart bridge active
The npe cord shows up as smart trainer when used with the ct smart bridge but it doesn’t control resistance
What became of this thread? I’ve been using Rouvy with the Perfpro CT on my old faithful Computrainer for a while and DLed trainerDay to try. the Droid app is not picking up the ANT+ FEC signal off the ANT sticks.
Computrainer, I love it. We are working on Ant+ app that runs on pc or mac and connects to our app. It’s working now for me on mac, if you have a mac and wanted to be a beta tester. I could get you access soon.
No sorry, No Mac. But I’d be happy to if I did.
If you are a CT fan, you’ll appreciate my setup. I grafted the Load Generator onto a Kurt Rock and Roll frame years ago. I go way back with CTs. I used to install and maintain duel setups for a few NE NJ LBS. Back in the days of harware interrupts pin outs on serial cards.

That is cool. I have a friend in the US that acquired like 5 CTs. I will see if I can’t get a windows version working soon. Too many projects, not enough time.
I am still sitting on two, and using one for me. Had and extra controller as well, and needed it at a point. Always had two for off site trouble shooting and testing new hardware before implementing in LBS. I had more and have given away as gift and traded for frames and bikes over the decades. Fun memories.

I actually just installed Chetah and felt funny going back to non PerfPro Ant bridge.
Be happy to Beta that. Have extra PCs so risking blue screens testing be OK.
