Difficulty connecting to smart trainer (Kickr Snap after Wahoo app)

Hi. Me again.

I have an annoying issue. Before my TD workouts I always do a 10 min spin on my Kickr Snap to warm it up, then I do a spin down calibration using the wahoo app. I then close down the wahoo app and open TD to load the workout, but it never connects to the Snap straight away. I have to close and reopen TD numerous times before it connects. It’s in the device list, just not connected.

Am I doing something wrong, is there a better way of doing it so it connects straight away? Or is it a bug?

Strange, that should work fine I would think. I am heading on vacation tomorrow morning so can’t test that same case (I have V5) to see if it does the same thing. Have you tried just using our app directly? Also you could try disconnecting from Apple or Android bluetooth settings right after connecting to TD and see if that helps or as a test. If we can better isolate the problem it might us find a reason faster. I have not heard of this before.
