And doesn’t the Direto have a feature that when you stop, it reduces the power to make it easier to start? Have you tried to manage your trainer via a bike computer? And does it behave the same when resuming?

So this is great, it sounds like with bluetooth it is working correctly (although not perfectly for you).
Yes as conti pointed out many trainers automatically reduce the resistance when you stop pedaling. Sounds like yours may not. I think the apps that have been around longer also add their own method of reducing resistance for trainers that don’t support this, like Zwift or TrainerRoad for example I believe do this. I read this some where in the past. We could consider adding this feature although only a few people in 4 years have ever mentioned this.
Also Pawel/Paul is just a friend that helps not a developer and no we don’t have access to all this log data.
