Hi, I am a new user and have issues with erg mode in which it will lock in then quickly stop working, return to erg mode briefly and then repeat. Below is my most recent workout. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
I would make sure it is not paired directly to your phone, make sure nothing else could be connecting via ant+ or possibly second bluetooth. Finally re-install our app if needed. H series seems to be more temperamental for some reason. Not sure why.
