Hi there! I’m trying out the app, I’ve got the gen 1 cycleops Hammer and assioma uno pedal (both latest firmware) both paired to the app. On a couple of occasions I’ve tried doing just quick start ride to ride in erg and my power isn’t adjusting. I’ve had power match enabled to read my pedal power. Just curious if I’m missing something, but as far as I can tell it’s all set up as it should be. This has happened on both the iphone app and ipad. Thanks!
You say yours is the 1st Gen Cycleops Hammer correct? I think this trainer is not using FTMS control and is using Cyclops own bluetooth profile.
Alex can confirm but I think it’s not supported.

Yes as app4g pointed out, we only support FTMS, Neo and Old Wahoo firmware so sadly your trainer is not supported. You can buy a NPE CABLE device for around $50 that will convert Ant+ to FTMS or get an older Android device that has Ant+ built in are the two most economical ways to use our app.
