Fast Forward a workout

Is there a way to fast forward a workout ? let me explain.
I have a workout I created. 10 mn warmup, then a bunch of interval and then a cool down. Time 54 mn. But yesterday I felt like I wanted to do more interval but did not want to do the 5 mn cool down and then start back with a 10 mn warmup. I wanted to start at 10:00 mn instead.
