Hi all. If I go to profile and change my FTP, it also changes the ERG numbers I’ve put into my custom workouts. Is there a way to unlink this action? Once my workout is made I don’t want changes.

Yes, we only have relative scale right now, so you can enter in watts but it is still relative. Many people want strict watts so we plan on adding this.
