Hi everyone, I searched the discussions and found a post with the same question, but from about 4 years ago.
Now I’d like to ask if it’s possible to manage the creation of a workout with a range of watts or zones. Not a ramp, so I start from x and end at y, but a real range, so I stay BETWEEN x and y. I see it’s supported on intervals, ditto on Garmin, but not on your app.
That would be fantastic because, like with the rpm, it could alert me in red when I go too high or low (perhaps while I’m sweating like a horse), and I’d know what to do just at a glance. If that’s not possible, well, never mind, let’s hope for the future ![]()
