I just started using TD. Mid ramp test the BPM from my Garmin Fenix 7X got lost, I used other apps before like Zwift etc. and never had issue with BPM sensor like this.
The watch still showed the BPM and was transmitting.
Any clues on how to fix this going forward?
Sorry about that, we have seen occasional issues like this. We are able to duplicate connection issues by killing the app with our test automation software and we hoping we can resolve this issue. It seems very rare that it just loses a connection during a workout but it might be related. So hopefully our next update will just resolve this. As I said from our perspective it is rare but still might randomly happen 1 in 50 times or something.
