The TrainerDay app recognizes and connect to my “Garmin Instinct Solar” watch but it doesn’t read any HR data when I’m doing a workout. I tried to manually go into my watch’s settings to connect it to the TacX Flow hometrainer thinking that could solve the problem but to no result. Is there any video or written tutorial
someone could point me to to solve this issue ?
just checking if youre watch is already in the “broadcast HR” mode?
I don’t use this feature (if at all) so Just making sure
