I was performing Hit workout A2, and ran into an issue with the warm up-lap feature. I had to hit the lap button for every step of the warm up on my garmin, which ended up being quite tedious as there’s close to 15 steps labeled as “warm-up”.
Is there a way to either change the workout so that it doesn’t label as much of the workout as a warm-up, or make it so that when sent to a garmin device you only have to hit the lap button to advance from the last warm-up step to the work portion?
For example, the way garmin structures their workouts is you complete your warm-up, hit lap to begin the workout, and then hit lap again every time you are ready to advance to the next set.
I was using an edge 530 connected to a kickr snap in erg mode if that makes any difference!
