Hi Alex, I can’t do my scheduled workouts this weekend, what should I do with them in my calendar? I started feeling unwell since yesterday.
I have no choice but to skip the workouts on Saturday and Sunday and hopefully I’ll start feeling better by Monday. Can I just resume my scheduled workouts for next week? What happens to the skipped workouts—should I just let those be and start over to the next block? It’s also my recovery block after next week.
The way these workouts work, just skipping them is totally fine. They don’t progress so quickly that you will have any problem. If you take 2 weeks off you should then backup and repeat a week. Get better.
Got it! So if I take 2 weeks off, when you say ‘backup and repeat a week,’ does that mean I should just drag and drop all the upcoming workouts on my calendar back by a week? Just want to make sure I understand correctly. Thanks!
