Is there a way to hide the HR graph during a workout? Seeing my HR approach it’s max can sometimes be a distraction, and cause me to lose focus during harder intervals.
There is no way currently and no one has asked this until you so far. You could dual record and not hook up HR to TrainerDay. Assuming no medical issues that a doctor would suggest you not doing max HR, I see no issue with it. I think most people don’t seem to do workouts that get close to 100% very often… That tends to be more max effort short sprints, even harder than HIIT to get there. But each person is unique.
Oh I had a funny idea. You can turn on threshold scaling in our settings and set your threshold to 999 or something and you won’t see the HR. This should work fine as long as you are not using our HR+ mode.
