How best to use the app/workouts with Zwift

I have what I hope is an easy question to answer,
I use Zwift and push TD workouts to Training Peaks so they show up in Zwift. My question is… for using Trainer Day to its full potential, is it better to use the app as the control instead of pushing the workouts? Hope that makes sense. If I understand how the app works, as you use it will it adapt to my individual training?

Hi Bree, it does not adapt but you can easily make adjustments in the Coach Jack planner at any time which is faster than typical calendar modifications. The simplicity of just using Zwift is nice, we still read your workouts from strava. I like our style app for control and quick access to changing stuff but that is personal preference, I see nothing wrong with using Zwift directly. If you use our calendar sync to TP it should help simplify the process, but you can daily use “send to” as well.
