How to add time off in the new web app?

I just subscribed to TrainerDay because I wanted to try a custom workout plan. I have already created the plan and inserted it into my calendar, it will start next Monday. But I already know that this summer I will have some weeks off and I would like to add this time off in the calendar so the plan can adapt automatically. I have seen from this blogpost that this should be possible and fairly easy to do, but the blog post seems old, the user interface is completely different now and I cannot find a way to do this. I tried with the web app and with the mobile app Any help?

That blogpost is for TrainerRoad not TrainerDay :slight_smile: They are possibly more advanced then us in this regard. If you are using a Coach Jack plan you can add time off if your plan is based on an event date. Or in our calendar you can insert weeks. See both below.

ahah ops, thanks google that found me a blog post from a different app.
Anyway, I do not have an event date this is why I could not see the manage days off options. I could add a week to the calendar then. Is the coach going to re-evaluate the plan to improve it taking into account my week off?

I would switch to event date based plan, even if 16 weeks or something. CJ will handle the weeks off better than just the calendar, but generally to answer your question, this is a static plan builder at this time and it will not auto-adjust.
