I’m looking to create a new Coach Jack plan and was curious how to account for high energy group rides. I do my long rides on Sundays, then group ride Monday night. I’d like Tuesday to be a shorter recovery ride and then hit it pretty hard Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, off on Saturday.
Am I better off letting Coach Jack build a plan and then shuffle the days around in my garmin calendar so recovery falls on Tuesday?
Does it matter that I’m getting 90-120 minutes of high intensity that Coach Jack isn’t aware of when he builds the plan?
