How to link HR monitor?

Hi, I want to use my Garmin Heart rate monitor with the app but can’t figure out how to link it. I’m using the free plan if that makes a difference. Any help appreciated

You need monitor with Bluetooth or a phone with Ant+. Free plan is fine.
