How to properly create and execute HR based workout?

I’ve been using HR Z2 rides with Quick Ride but it has some problems I have to think of at start.
I usually start like 5-5:30am I’d like to limit thinking at that period. Just go fully automatic.

I’ve seen that it’s somehow possible to enter target BPM in training creator but this functionality seems to not work or I do not understand how to do this.

I’ve created simple, one row, 1h training with setting Type to hr, BPM to 132 (and Zone to 2 - as intensity cannot be 0). It starts HR+ mode. But target BPM is always 80, not 132 which should be setting from the verry first seconds.

Am I missing something in the flow?

Strange, we had this bug before and it seemed to come back. Here is a temporary fix. Add 5 seconds of ERG first. We will get this fixed right away. Value in FTP% is ignored in HR mode, it’s just visual blue bar.

I’ve checked workaround and it seems to be working fine.
