Hey there - I’ve been a subscriber for the past week and I’ve hit the first snag.
I’m training 6 days a week - during the weekdays I train in the morning, but only if I’m working from home. Usually on Tuesdays (my rest day).
This week I missed one training day (Monday) and will need to go into the office Thursday and Friday so I won’t train those days.
How can I update the training plan to better account for these untrained days and recoup the missed load, by (for example) training a bit more time or with higher intensity on Saturday? Should I just ignore the previous training of the day and think of a new one?
Is there a feature to help me with these instances?
So what I would do is rather than following a calendar, push the plan to my plans and follow the plan directly. When you follow the plan directly then it can be used as a sequence of workouts and you just do one after the next and they can get marked as completed when you finish them. We feel there is no difference in results in a sequence of workouts vs strict calendar assuming you don’t do 1/2 as much training in the same period of time as originally planned. Once you activate the plan in my plans you will see it instead of the calendar in our app.
Secondly you can click on plans and edit the original from the calendar and re-save it.
