I just received an email from Alex describing recent TrainerDay updates. One of the items is “Heart Rate Modes”, which mentioned a second HR mode “HR+”. I’m curious what that mode is, as I cannot find documentation for the app, or release notes describing the feature add. Am I missing where to find this?
Also, “Dynamic Training” is listed but I’m not sure what that is or how it works. Any pointers to documentation or discussion in this forum on how these features would be appreciated. Thx!
Oops… lost this one Sorry about that. So HR mode is for people with dumb trainers or spin bikes, you convert a workout on the calendar to HR then you manually try to match your HR to target HR. HR+ is the ERG for HR mode that automatically controls your power to try to match the desired heart rate. We just wanted two different terms for them.
