During a workout on the phone app I can see my heart rate measurement but not what zone im in - this would be nice.
Thats power not HR…unless that z4 is referring to HR in which cause why is it beside the power reading and not the HR reading….
Oh sorry, I missed that comment connection… So you are saying you would prefer to see HR zones to power zones or in addition to hr zones (both).
Like this? We only have 5 hr zones but easy to copy and paste. HR 0 should be dead zone…
the screen shot you shared that shows zones for both power and HR is essentially what im asking about - for some reason mine only shows the zone for power but not for HR….
Sorry for the confusion. Yes it is not there, I was just asking if that is what you want. I can add this as a settings option.
ya that would be great. often my HR and power dont line up so this would be helpful.
Displaying pulse zones directly in the application is a critical feature to ensure that every workout is safe and brings maximum benefit. This allows you to instantly adapt the load without being distracted by calculations in your head.A conscious attitude to your body is the basis of efficiency. I was helped by the corporate wellness program , which emphasizes the importance of analyzing health indicators for overall success. This confirms that when we have clear data about our condition, the path to the goal becomes much shorter.
We show power but I assume you also mean hr zone.
I second that proposition. I have my garmin edge computer always running along when riding to see my heart rate zones. Would be simpler if the app would display it, like shown in the would be screenshot.
