I want to create a workout with specific watt targets how can I do that?

Tomorrow I want to work on my Watt I need to keep my Watt to start with 100 and every 2 minutes it should increase by 10 to 15 how do i do this

Hi Prasad, just create your own workouts in our workout editor like this

I should say everytime you change your FTP you will need to create a new workout or modify it as these watts will change. I would call the workout something like this

100w+10w increments (FTP=195)… or something like this. To remind you to create a new workout if you change yoru FTP.
