Import from garmin

Hi
How do I Import garmin outside workout to TD?

TD sent all my plan to garmin (connect) calendar, naturally I do indoor training on my TD android app and outside workouts on my 1030± garmin riding computer.
Once done that I would like to see the finished outside workout as well as getting in to the data on my trainerday plan

The simplest and the way everyone else is doing it is to connect Garmin to Strava and TD to strava.

I`m connected yet outside wokeouts recorded on garmin do not upload to TD, to Strava thay do
