Info training plain

Hi everyone, I wanted some advice on how to improve uphill. I did the first race of the year yesterday and I already knew that in long climbs with a lot of climbing I always suffer a lot to the point of dropping the watts a lot. How could I best set up Coach Jak to improve on this? I noticed that Jak always makes me do Z2 rides on Wednesdays. I wasn’t able to change the exercise for that day. How do you do it? because Wednesday is the day I don’t work here. I would like to dedicate it to specific work for improving climbing. Can you help me? Thanks
