It looks like TrainerDay does not interpret raw wattage targets correctly.
Example workout:
- 3m 50%
- 3m 120w
My FTP here is set to 240w which means these two intervals should be identical. Instead, it looks like TD treats 120w
as 120%

Oh yes, we don’t have any concept of specific wattage, but we could translate this to the equivalant % if that works for you. Obviously better than what it is now
I’ve been doing this translation, manually, in intervals.icu. A bit tedious for complex workouts with varying wattage levels.
If TD did this automatically, that would be great!
Hi, so what is interesting is we already had this feature to convert watts to % and it worked for us. There was actually a different bug that affected your account that we determined and this should be resolved correctly now.
