I updated the trainer’s firmware via the Iconsole app, but unfortunately, it didn’t help. I started a workout via the Iconsole app, and the strength level can be adjusted successfully.
Ok thanks, this is something we changed but we don’t see what. We will keep going. If you are a IOS user I could invite you to beta and you could switch back to a previous version. We will do our best to have this fixed early next week.
So the crazy thing was, I was trying to fix another user with a Zipro’s device although his problems were different. So what happened in 8.2.8 was an attempt to fix his device. Then you responded here so I assumed you had the same problem as him but in reality his device had a different issue and this new change broke your device.
8.3.2 should come out today to test flight. Let me know if that fixes your issue.
